If you have an RMA to claim please read the below instructions. Equipment under warranty will be replaced or repaired free of charge.

All products from Epoka carry a minimum 30 days warranty, valid from the date of invoice.

Faults caused by accident/mishap, including fire, water damage, natural disasters, over voltage caused by lightning and wanton destruction, are not covered by the guarantee.

Goods may only be returned to Epoka Group A/S by prior agreement.

The item must be returned no later than 10 days from the date of issue of the RMA number. After 10 days the RMA number is annulled and it is no longer possible to return the item on this number.

The RMA number is not an assurance that the item will be credited; Epoka reserves the right to inspect the returned item before approval of any credit note.

If the returned goods are found not to be defective; a handling fee of 15% will be charged.

All goods are returned at the buyer’s expense and risk.

Goods returned with no RMA number will either be returned to the sender or subject to a handling charge.

Remember the RMA form must be attached to the package being returned.
