It is perfect for field service level technicians, companies providing service and maintenance for data centers, and data center technicians responsible for maintenance. No matter where you are, Epoka Care is available to you – we are present in 4500 locations around the world. We work together with our logistics partner to take care of your needs, and reliably provide you with 24/7 access to a well-maintained stock close to you.
How it works
At the core of Epoka Care is a customizable stock, tailored to fit your needs. We will agree together on which products you need, and how many of them should be in stock. We then send and maintain this stock in a warehouse close to you, so you can access these products any time without having to invest into your own warehouse and stock. The cooperation with our logistics partner allows us to store the stock at any of their warehouses. These warehouses can be found around the world, with more than 4500 locations available. When you would like to access the stock, you simply call our partner’s 24/7 call center, where they will register which products you need. This is necessary so we can restock the products you used as soon as possible. Moreover, you do not need to spend time on notifying us, as they are going to tell us about the changes in stock. After you talked with the call center, they are going to send the products to you or to the location where you need them. Depending on the specific location, the delivery time can be as little as two hours. We will send new products immediately so the stock is always filled up. While we manage the administration and restocking, you are free to focus on your business and services.

As an Epoka Care customer, you have two options. You can choose the pay-as-you-go plan, which includes a small monthly fee for upkeep, and you pay separately for the products you need. Alternatively, you can choose our all-inclusive plan, which only has a fixed monthly fee. While this costs more, you do not have to pay extra for any products that you check out.
