Our logistics department is handling shipping to several locations around the world daily. Our experienced packing and warehouse team can prepare orders efficiently and quickly. Each order is securely packed before shipping to minimize the chances of damage. They are also ready to accommodate special requests regarding packaging, such as individual packaging or blind shipping. Our warehouse is a modern and neatly organized storage facility, with the placement of products planned carefully to allow fast and efficient access to all products.
We work together with both DHL and FedEx to provide convenient and fast shipping to our customers. For each order, we are evaluating the options, and then choose the fastest one. We are one of the biggest customers of both DHL and FedEx in Denmark. Our excellent partnership ensures that we get the best offers when it comes to shipping. In addition to great offers, we work very closely with them. We track each order, and if there are any problems or delays, we will take charge and handle the problem in cooperation with our logistics partner as fast as possible. You also have the option to track the order, and we send out a shipping alert to the contact person’s email when the order has left the warehouse. If you decide not to use our service, then it is also possible to use your own FedEx or DHL account for shipping. We are going to make the booking for you, and we will help you get a good price.
A special service we offer is blind shipping. If you are a reseller, and you are ordering on behalf of your customer, we are able to send the order directly to your customer from here. In this case, we are going to use your data on the package, such as your logo and address, so it looks like the order came from you. This way you spare time and can deliver faster to your customer, and spare the effort of repackaging the order. We include a matching delivery note with the package for your customer, and you will receive a separate invoice.
We are experts in packaging IT hardware. Depending on the order, we are either using cardboard boxes, or pallets and custom-made crates. Inside the packaging, we use special anti-static materials to wrap and protect the products. We only use durable cardboard boxes for packaging, so orders are protected during transport. For heavier and/or larger orders, we use pallets and custom crates made out of certified wood. We are making the crates in our warehouse from scratch, so it fits the order perfectly; there is no problem if a rack or other larger product is purchased. Our goal is to protect the orders during shipping as best as we can, no matter the circumstances. An extra service we can do upon request is packing the products separately, so each of them has its own box, and then we label each box with the appropriate product information. If you are interested in this option, we recommend that you talk to your contact person about this request.
We have handled orders heading to 97 countries all around the world. We are shipping packages via air, sea and ground transportation. We are able to organize proper and fast transportation to any location around the world, and our partnership allows us to do so for a reasonable price. If the order is going to a location where it is mandatory to go through customs, we are able to assist you by providing all the necessary paperwork, such as invoice, packing list, certificates of country of origin and air transport regional. If you need these documents, please tell your contact person at Epoka when you order. This will make it considerably easier for you to get your package through customs.
