We pride ourselves in providing flexible solutions to meet your hardware needs even on legacy systems. IT equipment that the manufacturer has discontinued and no longer supports is one of our specialties. We can support existing platforms with the hardware needed - tested, configured and ready to install. In complicated cases our engineers can join forces with your engineers to find the right configuration.
GLOBAL ON-DENMAND LOGISTICS
Our logistics department has arranged transport to more than 170 countries worldwide and is in daily contact with our customers. We have a close cooperation with several shipping agencies; this ensures that your orders are delivered at the right time and at the right place.
FedEx, DHL and TNT pick up equipment from our warehouse every day. If you need special shipment we will help you find the best solution possible. All orders are carefully packed in new materials, safe for transport to the global market. Heat-treated wooden crating is also possible. As a result of our careful packing procedure we have had less than one transport damage per 10.000 orders.

We are a multi-brand supplier; this means that we support all major brands within high-end IT hardware. To ensure in-depth product knowledge; we have divided our sales and technical staff into product teams.

Before we put equipment into stock, it goes through our quality control. This means that we test the equipment and approve it visually.
Before we ship the orders to our customers, the equipment goes through our renovation process, which includes service on mechanical and electronic parts. With this procedure we strive in all aspects to meet our customers’ expectations and requirements.
Epoka A/S is a reputable refurbisher and we recondition secondhand equipment by replacing worn and malfunctioning parts, cleaning the interior of the hardware, and correcting aesthetic blemishes. All to ensure that you can rely on our products for years to come.
All equipment comes with up to 1 year’s warranty. If you need a special warranty period, extended warranty is possible. We pride ourselves in delivering fully functioning equipment so you do not have to worry about the quality of a refurbished part. In the event a part stops working within its warranty period, simply go to our website and use our easy online RMA form to process your claim.
