Our logistics department has arranged transport to more than 97 countries worldwide and is in daily contact with our customers. We have a close cooperation with several shipping agencies, and we can organize shipping to any location around the world.
Our logistics partners pick up orders from our warehouse every day. Depending on your location, we can usually guarantee delivery within a few business days. If you need special shipment, we will help you find the best solution possible. All orders are carefully packed in custom crates, thus guaranteeing that the equipment is protected during shipping. Heat-treated wooden crating is also possible. As a result of our careful packing procedure we have had less than one transport damage per 10.000 orders.
We believe that there is no need to invest in a new system just because the old one is not supported anymore. This is why the core of our business is end of life products. As these products are often used, we refurbish them upon arrival to make sure that they live up to our high standards. When you buy from us, our excellent refurbishment process and testing guarantees that even used products are just as good as new.
We are a multi-brand supplier, and so we support all major brands within high-end IT hardware. Our product teams have many years of experience within their fields, which helps them in the refurbishment and testing of products. Our knowledgeable technicians know how to handle products, and how to make them just as good as new. Moreover, our sales experts are able to assist with any question you might have about our products.
Before we put equipment into stock, it goes through our refurbishment process. As part of the refurbishment process, products are inspected, tested, and if necessary, they are repaired. Products only become part of our stock if they have passed all tests. For our testing we use either the brand’s own diagnostics tool, or if it is possible, also the built in test system. If a product is configured, then it also goes through an extra round of testing, so we can be certain that the configuration was successful, and your order is working according to your wishes.
The majority of our equipment comes with 1 year’s warranty, with the exception of tapes and batteries. For tapes and batteries, we are offering a shorter warranty period of 3 months. If you need a special warranty period, you can ask your contact person for extended warranty. We pride ourselves in delivering fully functioning equipment so you do not have to worry about the quality of a refurbished part. In the event a part stops working within its warranty period, simply go to our website and use our easy online RMA form to process your claim.
