Our Business Academy is an excellent start for a career in sales or purchasing and provides our trainees with plenty of options to learn and develop personally and professionally.
About Us
Epoka is an international distributor of end-of-life enterprise servers, storage, and networking hardware. We believe it is unnecessary to abandon a well-working system just because the manufacturer does not support it anymore.
Therefore, we offer the freedom to continue using older systems by providing new or refurbished products, such as servers, storage systems, hard disk drives, or networking equipment to customers worldwide.
We are constantly developing our business and aim to be the preferred choice of distributor in our field. Our highly skilled international sales team consists of several nationalities and handles customers from around the world.
Overview of the programme
Our Business Academy is a hands-on practical program focused on sales and purchasing. The Trainee program is a mix of practical and theoretical education, where trainees have their own responsibilities from the start.
Trainees have the option to choose purchase or sales as their primary direction. All trainees receive in-house training.
All trainees start at our warehouse, learning the basics, then moving on to the sales department.
The Business Academy provides trainees with great opportunities for learning and advancing in their careers and an excellent start.
With the skills gained during the Trainee program, our graduates are prepared for a sales or purchase position internationally.

Our trainees are in contact with suppliers, customers and colleagues from around the world, so it is important that you are outgoing and form relationships easily.
