Yes. We sell exclusively to businesses - IT service providers, system integrators, managed service providers, enterprises, and public sector organisations. We do not sell to private individuals.

Orders are typically shipped within 24 hours of confirmation. We use DHL Express and FedEx Express as our primary carriers. Standard international delivery takes 1-3 business days for most European destinations and 2-5 business days for intercontinental shipments. Delivery times are estimates based on carrier schedules and destination.
Yes. The majority of products come with a 1-year warranty. Exceptions include tapes and batteries, which are consumable components.

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order using our RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) form, available on our website here.
